what does my rental include?

Each rental includes up to 5 hours of service along with delivery, set up, break down and pick up. We will coordinate with you and your venue to have everything set up before your event begins.

Events surpassing the included 5 hours will be charged an additional $40 per hour.

Are there delivery fees?

Delivery to locations within 15 miles of Brightwaters, NY are included in rental prices. Additional delivery charges apply for mileage beyond these parameters.

Additional 16-30 miles: $45.00

Additional 31-45 miles: $65.00

Additional 46-55 miles: $85.00

Hamptons/Montauk: $125.00

What if I need to cancel ?

Bookings cancelled by the client prior to 72 hours from the event date may be rescheduled and deposits will applied to the rescheduled date. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours from event date will forfeit deposit.

Booking rules

Our walls, arches, lighting ,furniture and decor are delicate, so please be mindful of preventing damage to them during your event. If there is inclement weather our walls, and lighting must be placed indoors or under a covered area. Bloominous Events will be dropping off and picking all of our rental property.

payment policy

To secure your event rental a 50% deposit is required at time of booking as there is limited availability. ( Deposits are non-refundable but are able to be used towards a new date if within the cancellation rules )

Damages

The client will assume all liability during rental period. This included but not limited to any theft, loss, damage destruction to any of our rental items. In the event of of damages or total loss, buyer will be held 100% financially responsible for the value of damaged goods.
